Monitoring -
We are moving this incident from "Identified" to "Monitoring". Hirevue Classic remains stable since fully recovering in our previous update without additional concerns. We are continuing to monitor T2O's delays and errors which continue to go down as services continue to recover.
We will continue with our hourly update cadence until this incident is resolved.

Update -
Our cloud service provider has resolved their disruption. Hirevue Classic's affected video processing and Assessments have fully recovered. T2O continues to see improvement in its delays and errors. We were warned by our provider that there may still be some lingering effects as systems stabilize after such a long period of downtime.
We will continue to monitor and provide updates outside of business hours as we see improvements at our minimum hourly cadence until announced otherwise.

Hirevue status remains the same but we are seeing improvements. Our cloud service provider continues to make progress on resolving their disruption. Hirevue Classic's affected video processing and Assessments near full recovery. T2O continues to see improvement in its delays and errors.
We will continue to monitor and provide updates outside of business hours. Cadence in updates may or may not increase for a brief period of time as we continuously see more and more progress made.

Hirevue status remains the same. Our cloud service provider continues to make progress on resolving their disruption. We are getting closer to potential recovery as we see continued improvement in both Hirevue Classic delays and T2O delays and errors. Hirevue will keep our hourly update cadence as we monitor the situation further.
