Following the resolution of the earlier database configuration issue, we have identified a related degradation of service specifically affecting analytics. While core platform functions—including logins and the candidate experience—are operating as expected, some analytics data is currently not being written to the database. As a result, there will be a gap in reporting data.
Our technical teams are currently diagnosing the cause of this issue and are working to restore the analytics data pipeline. We are also performing a comprehensive review of all system components to ensure no other services are impacted.
Analytics exports are still functioning as expected.
