We have identified a potential fix for the issue and are currently in the testing phase. Early results from our tests are positive, and we are making good progress toward resolving the problem.
We are confident that this is a display issue only, and the scores for our assessment suite are not lost. Once the issue is fully resolved, the scores will be available.

Customers report being unable to view the AI assessment score on completed interviews.
