Monitoring
We have implemented a fix to resolve the issue causing errors across the T2O application in the EU environment. We see errors noticeably declining across the affected services and in testing have been able to access all sections of the platform successfully.
If you encountered any errors when attempting to add candidates via integration during this disruption, you will need to re-initiate the request. In the meantime we are continuing to monitor the environment and test the platform to ensure stability.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue where when attempting to access sections of the Recruiter experience (e.g., Jobs, Job Templates, or Candidates) the T2O application is returning a "Page Not Found" or "An Unexpected Error Occurred" in our EU environment. We are also investigating related reports of intermittent issues accessing interviews in EU as well. We do not have reports of this happening outside of our EU environment.
