We experienced a service disruption with T2O within our US region.

A database configuration issue resulted in a degradation of service across the T2O platform. During this timeframe, most system requests were failing, which specifically prevented users from logging in and hindered candidates from accessing the candidate experience.

Our team has identified the root cause and implemented a fix to restore database functionality. We have confirmed that services are returning to normal, and we are closely monitoring the environment to ensure continued stability.
